How it works
The Disk Timer helps you feel and see how much time is left. At the start, all disks are in place and lights are on. As time passes, one disk drops at each interval. You can feel the vibration and see a light turn off. When all disks are gone, the final vibration tells you that time is up. Allowing clients to understand how much time is remaining for a task.
Designed for everyone
Originally created for children who are deafblind, the Disk Timer is built to be inclusive. Its combination of touch, light, and vibration makes it intuitive for a wide range of users and adaptable to different needs.
Why it matters
Understanding time is essential for structure and independence. The Disk Timer makes time tangible for people who can’t rely on sight or hearing, helping them follow routines and transitions more easily. Whether at school, home, or work.
We need you!
We believe everyone deserves to feel time, to know when something begins, ends, and changes and to feel in control. The Disk Timer can make that possible for thousands of people who can’t rely on sight or sound. But to bring it to life, we need your help.
Once we reach 100 pre-orders, we can start production and make this innovation real.
