Cancellation and refunds

Right to Cancel

At Hable, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means from the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to submit a return request for any reason—even if you have used the product.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the delivery carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this through a direct statement made via email or postal letter. You are not required to use any provided model cancellation form. To meet the cancellation deadline, simply ensure that your notification of cancellation is sent before the 30-day period has ended.

Please note, the right to cancel does not apply to contracts for goods made to order or customized in a way that reflects personal choices or instructions, or which are clearly personalized to your needs.

Refunds

Upon accepting your return, we will confirm via email. Your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs for orders delivered within the European Union. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive offering. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used initially, unless you specify otherwise. Rest assured, there will be no fees for the reimbursement.
